Terms of use
Last updated: October 17, 2026
Effective 17 October 2026. Conditions for reading the F.V.Grande website and preparing a vehicle-service enquiry.
1. Which business and which service these terms cover
The pages introduce F.V.GRANDE MECANICA E LATARIA LTDA, CNPJ 00.098.931/0001-74, at RUA VIA VENETO, 2012, SANTA FELICIDADE, CURITIBA - PR, 82400-020, Brazil. They provide an overview of vehicle mechanical maintenance and repair, together with information about alignment, balancing and new automotive parts reflected in the registered activities. These terms govern use of the website. They do not by themselves become a workshop estimate, an instruction to perform work, a parts invoice or a promise that a particular vehicle can be accepted.
2. An introduction rather than a diagnosis
A symptom described in a message can have several causes. Website text about maintenance or a component is general context, not an inspection of your vehicle. No technician has assessed the vehicle merely because a form has been completed. Relevant checks and a specific discussion are needed before agreeing a repair. Do not interpret a page, an illustration or an unanswered message as confirmation that the vehicle is safe to drive or that a particular component needs replacing.
3. Using the enquiry controls
Choose the contact form when you want to prepare a question about a service or part. Give useful, accurate information and distinguish an observed symptom from your own explanation of its cause. If you act for a vehicle owner, business or fleet, state your role and ensure you have authority to make the enquiry. The website does not verify ownership, accept a fleet authorization or give access to another customer’s repair history. Do not impersonate someone or submit another person’s private documents.
4. What happens after the button is selected
The button opens an email draft in a mail application configured on your device. It does not send the draft through the website. You must review and send it yourself, and a delivery acknowledgement must come from the correspondence process. The recipient shown is [email protected]. This installation does not provide or verify a working mailbox. A failure to launch an email application, a bounced message or silence afterwards does not constitute a confirmed booking or a response to your question.
5. Agree the scope before work starts
Any proposed workshop job needs its own discussion of the vehicle, work to be considered, relevant inspection, parts, labour, authorization and arrangements for the vehicle. If an inspection reveals a different requirement, that issue belongs in the actual service discussion. These pages neither authorize additional work nor define its price. Keep a copy of any estimate or instruction you accept and ask for clarification of exclusions, taxes, charges or other conditions relevant to that offer.
6. Parts, availability and timing
The site does not maintain live stock quantities, published prices or an appointment calendar. A description of automotive parts does not promise compatibility with every version of a model. Confirm the relevant part reference and vehicle specification in the actual offer. Similarly, no date for inspection, completion, collection or delivery is established by an enquiry. Availability and scheduling can depend on the particular job and must be confirmed before you plan transport or leave a vehicle at the premises.
7. Location and vehicle arrangements
The company address is in Santa Felicidade, Curitiba, Brazil. The domain name and English text do not advertise a United States repair facility. Ask about arrangements before travelling, arranging a tow or sending goods. This website does not receive vehicle keys, record custody, authorize a road test or arrange recovery. Such matters require express agreement with the business. Avoid sharing access codes or the location of an unattended vehicle through a general initial message.
8. Reasonable use of the pages
You may browse the information and use the enquiry features for a lawful purpose related to the business. Do not disrupt access, probe systems without authorization, introduce malicious files or use the contact route to harass people. Ordinary reading does not require a customer account or payment. Repeated automated requests that interfere with service can be restricted by the delivery infrastructure. Such restrictions concern access to the website and do not decide the merits of a separately agreed transaction.
9. Content, references and external software
The site’s text, typography, illustrations and design remain subject to the rights of their respective owners or licensors. A business or vehicle name mentioned for identification does not establish a manufacturer dealership, certification or sponsorship. Do not republish content in a way that falsely implies endorsement. When your browser opens mail software or another destination, that service operates under its own terms and controls. A website link does not transfer responsibility for every subsequent action to this business.
10. Corrections and availability of information
Information can require correction and pages can be interrupted by maintenance, connection failures or other technical problems. Report a material error with the page address and the point that needs checking. Avoid relying on an old copy of a page as a current quotation. No statement here guarantees uninterrupted access, a successful diagnosis or a particular commercial outcome. Equally, these limitations do not exclude responsibilities or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded in the circumstances.
11. Related documents and later changes
The privacy policy explains the distinction between browsing data, form text and a sent email. The refund page addresses cancellation questions relating to any later transaction; the disclaimer explains the limits of the general information. Read an actual service proposal alongside those pages rather than replacing it with website text. A revised website date indicates a new version for future use and does not silently rewrite an already agreed contract. Contact the business about uncertainty and retain correspondence relevant to the question.
