Cancellations and refunds
Last updated: October 17, 2026
Effective 17 October 2026. How to distinguish an online enquiry from a separately agreed workshop job or parts purchase.
1. No charge is made by this website
Reading these pages or opening the enquiry draft does not take a deposit or charge a card. There is no checkout, subscription or online booking payment to reverse. If you only prepared an unsent message, you can close or delete it in your mail application. That action concerns the draft, not an existing instruction or payment made through another channel.
2. Before accepting an estimate
Ask what a proposed inspection or repair includes, whether assessment itself carries a charge, and how any parts or additional work would be authorized. Decide whether to proceed using the actual estimate and its conditions. The website has not set a cancellation fee, inspection fee or universal refund deadline. It would be misleading to infer any of those conditions from the contact form.
3. Changing an instruction already given
If you have already agreed work, tell the business promptly which instruction you wish to change or cancel and identify the vehicle and relevant job reference. Whether work has started, a part has been ordered or a payment has been made can matter to the discussion. An email draft that has not been sent or acknowledged does not notify the business or establish that a job has been stopped.
4. Concerns about work or a supplied part
Explain the specific concern, when it appeared, and the work or item it relates to. Preserve the quotation, invoice and relevant correspondence. Avoid making assumptions about cause from general website information. Any proposed inspection, correction, return or other remedy needs to address the actual facts and applicable rights. Do not send a part or arrange vehicle transport without agreeing a suitable route for that review.
5. Information for a cancellation request
A clear request can include your name, a reply address, the estimate or invoice reference, the service date if known, the reason for the request and the outcome you are seeking. Provide the minimum vehicle identification needed for the recipient to find the matter. Do not send complete card numbers, passwords or unnecessary identity scans. The website form cannot attach documents or verify a payment.
6. Decisions, payments and preserved rights
An agreed refund should identify its amount, method and relevant timing in the actual correspondence. This site cannot issue a refund or promise an automatic approval. A lack of response is not an acceptance of a proposed settlement. Use the contact route and the registered postal address for the business concerned, keeping records of your attempts. Nothing on this page removes consumer protections or other mandatory remedies that apply to the transaction.
